What are the UK’s New Immigration Rules for International Students?

Hey guys, my brother went to the UK for studies five years ago and returned a year ago. Now I am planning to go for my studies, but I’ve heard that some policies for international students have changed recently. Can anyone tell me what changes have been made to the rules and policies? What do I need to follow now?

Hey dear, I will tell you what changes have been made.

Home Office announced the changes to the Immigration Rules that would impact UK immigration applications.

It is not allowed for international students to bring family members to the UK unless they are enrolled in research-based courses at the postgraduate level, such as PhDs and research-based Master’s degrees. Also, they have to be receiving government-sponsored scholarships.
Only the student’s spouse or children can come with them, and they must pay the application cost and the immigration health surcharge for their visa to be granted.
The other regulations related to international students haven’t changed and will not.
You can still apply as usual and have the same rights as other foreign students to live, study, work, and travel if you want to study in the UK without your family.
International students can work while study, but can’t undertake any job. Also, they can’t start or manage a business including freelancing.
If they suspect you have misled on your application, you don’t speak English well enough, or they think you have bad character because of past actions, the Home Office may still deny your visa.
